It's summer now here in the Philippines and neons are so in! I am not fond of wearing pencil skirts but I like this one. I'm really in love with this Topshop skirt. I dared wearing this with a leather crop top & vest paired with these so-chic customized neon heels and it turned out to be an amazing neon combo!
